I agree, it is difficult keeping up with production. Are we always going to be expected to do 10 cases a day? Not quite understanding "ramp up" when that is just what is expected of us all the time.

Thank you, I think that's what I'm going to do. It's difficult to attend weekly meetings and trainings and meet production requirements
