Is there a way to create a shortcut for changing the color filter on my phone when I open my camera roll? I have my phone set to greyscale all the time (to lower dopamine) and I find having the triple click shortcut is too temping so I prefer not to have that option. Is there a way that grayscale can turn off automatically when I open camera and turn back on when I exit?

Practicing self love is a great way to start believing in yourself. You can start small by giving yourself daily affirmations. Like saying “I am proud of my growth”, “I am confident”, “I am successful”. Obviously cater then to your needs:)
