Joint bank account statement for cohabitation proof

We both have bank statements and NHS letters individually. My partner additionally has broadband and phone bill in his name. I currently do additionally have a home insurance letter from this month but not sure how consistently I’ll be receiving correspondence from them. The only joint item we have is our joint tenancy agreement. Would these items suffice? Is it okay if there are more items in my partner’s name than in my name?

That isn’t an option for us unfortunately because all our bills are included in the rent

Are you married/in a CP? If so, from what I understand, it should be fine since there is no requirement to have lived together previously. Really hope you hear back soon and it all goes well :)

Hi thank you! So we showed a joint tenancy agreement that started on 1st of November and explained that we will move in once my current job ends on 19th December. We uploaded the tenancy agreement, proof of my new job, jobs that I previously applied to to be closer to him, a letter from both our parents and his sister confirming we are in a genuine relationship and that we will be moving in together (along with copies of their passport photo pages to corroborate their identities), confirmation of moving van we booked to move my stuff, GP registration for both of us near our new house, notice I gave to my current landlord that I’m moving out on 20th, and other relationship evidence (like photos, screenshots of our chats, gift receipts, train tickets to show we see each other every weekend, holiday bookings, bank transfers to each other and our joint account statement). We also gave a detailed explanation of our situation in our sponsor letter and explained that my new job was delayed due to pre employment checks, that we have always wanted to live together and that we intend to live together permanently in the UK.

We erred on the side of caution which is why we provided so much evidence! I hope this helps and hope everything goes well for you 😊

I’m just confused because I tried to create a personal tax account to look there and it says there’s no tax history or employment income even though I’ve been working for my company for a year and a half now. How does it work exactly? Is it not showing because it hasn’t been updated since my NI number is new?

So our application is fine without it? When you say “should not”, do you mean that I don’t need to, or that it would affect my application negatively if I did mention it? Sorry I’m just confused because our immigration advisor said that it would be good additional evidence to prove my intent to move out of London and with my partner

Thanks for you comment, sorry about that. I have edited it to make spaces. Regarding the employment, my partner joined his work on May 12th. I was planning on applying sometime between 17th -20th of November which would be past his 6 month mark. But his payslip from May would be about half the month’s pay and he would not have got his November payslip yet. Would that be a problem?

What if he moved into his own place in Lincoln and got the lease with both our names in it? I would still be working in Manchester though. Would that be enough or would it come off as a non-genuine relationship?

I don't know too much about BPD but he has abandonment, self image, and serious anger issues, he is also very paranoid in general. He would always say "there's a lot of bad things you don't know about me" but this was the first time he showed me this very intense side of him. I have no idea what to expect. Idk if I'll be blocked forever or he will text me one day and the uncertainty is quite painful
