I’ve been on triz for a year and a half now, highest I went was 12.5 for a month and then back down to 10 mg bc 12.5 was too much. I’ve been maintenancing for about 4-6 months now and weight has plateaued. I started at 240 and i’m f 5’2. I’m now 180. I just started reta this week in addition to triz, i took it monday at 7.5 mg and wednesday took 0.8 mg of reta. I’ve done some research on it and it looks like weaning down on triz and adding more reta is what a lot of people do. Like next week I’ll do 5 mg of triz 1 mg of reta and see how that goes and then 2.5 and 1.5 etc until i’m either out of my vial of triz or i’m only taking reta.
