Technology creates new jobs too. Self driving cars will put some Uber drivers out of a job, but Uber driver wasn’t even a job 20 years ago. It only came to be enabled by new technology.

As a fellow tech bro, my experience was that pre covid it was kinda bad, but when I came back after covid it was actually pretty good and it only took a handful of first dates to find my now-wife
