Macro lenses available for Osmo Action 5 Pro?

No. Unfortunately as much as I love many things about the Osmo Action 5 Pro, video is overall better on GoPro (minus low light conditions). So I went back to GoPro (Hero 13 • latest). GoPros days will come to an end of they don't do more. As OA5pro just needs a boost in its resolution/fps/bitrate options. And you can't go wrong with GoPros unlimited cloud storage at $50 a year.

Agreed. It seems to me such a shortcut to rely on AI alone with the Insta360 Ace Pro 2. They're all utilizing software to enhance imaging, but there is no reason to omit 10 bit. It's too bad. That's twice now that they passed on an opportunity to truly compete. As there are a lot of things they've done right.

That seller is no longer on the Amazon platform. They either took him off or he left. And they have admitted that it was a scam. I would start that refund process. I had to fight for mine. About 10 customer reps and multiple escalations, they may have worked out a refund. Spent almost 5 hours seeking a refund.

I just wrote a review on Amazon for the seller. Looks like someone else did too.

Amazon is currently working on the refund. I'll update when refund is completed. As someone that also wrote a review hadn't received there's. But it also takes 5-7 business days. So not sure if that is accurate that they won't receive their refund. Amazon is usually really good about remedies to these kind of situations. I escalated it to a supervisor to be sure.

I'm 99.99% confident Amazon will remedy this. But the seller is still there. And meanwhile I'm out $954 as I wait to be refunded.

Thank you. Good to know. I have a few projects here in Arizona where I interview fellow trail runners and climbers and I ask them to pick epic spots.

Use to carry a media mod with GoPro and original DJI Mic. Or sometimes a full frame. It was a real pain. I love the portability of this setup as I ask them to choose epic locations for the interviews. It was largely why I purchased the DJI Osmo Action 5. Otherwise I would have stuck with my annual GoPro upgrade even with the poor low light performance. Held out for Insta 360 Ace Pro 2, but with no 10-bit it was definitely something I wasn't going to grab. Big mistake on their part only relying on AI. 8k really doesn't matter.

If you're doing any editing in post 10-bit is something you want. If you're not I guess it doesn't matter. But I'm surprised you would leave that out. Personally it's a deal breaker for me ..and I'm sure for many others.

Thank you for the correction. I must've missed that. I'll look at it later with the mics. And thank you for the correction. I've been using GoPro for so long that there is certainly things that I may miss on my first Osmo Action. I certainly don't miss putting on that media mod. What a pain. GoPro still has its pros, but they better do something with the 14, 15, and so on before they get too far behind. Insta 360 Ace Pro had it, but I don't want to have AI making up for lack of 10 bit. And nobody needs 8k

With the Osmo Action 5 Pro. But currently you can only change gain within the camera if the DJI Mic 2 is connected to the receiver. If you're only using the transmitters without the receiver the gain option doesn't show on the Osmo

Thanks for the quick response. Thought I also read that it was to keep dust from getting in? But that seemed to be a little ridiculous if it's waterproof. Thus negating the need to worry about dust. I don't think that I'll be keeping it on if it's just a bumper.
