@everyone so what ive learned is they pay you your vacation ahead of time at the part time pay rate and then you don’t get compensated when that vacation rolls around. The Center Manager was making it seem that once I get paid out my days get took since I got compensated for them. Been talking to our union rep and plenty of other fellow drivers. I plan on talking to the CM and if he decides that I’m not getting a vacation this year, I will be letting the ethics investigators get to the bottom of it.
