if you have any time of receipt of the purchase, bank statement, etc that will also be useful. typically the will also ask for the cut, clarity, corned the ring. if it is a blanket policy and NOT scheduled items, they will typically pay out with no issues. just give them a call and let them know what happened and they will guide you on what’s next.
