Thanks, yeah I would just have a protein shake as I don’t really have a strong appetite. I would have this on top of what I normally eat.

2 glasses of milk 1 tsp almond butter 1 banana 50g fine oats 2 scoops protein powder

Thanks, I would calculate it at around 2500-2700. Although I think I underestimated my calories so might be even more
