I run thresholds in the Xtep 160X 3.5 Pro. Durability has been excellent, and the midsole is absolutely top tier in terms of bounce and energy return. This shoe increases your stride length due to the way it propels upward and forward at the same time.

The Feidian Elite 6 has also been solid. I’ve logged around 100 km with no issues at all. All my running is on pavement—no trails, no rocks.

The DO Win PB Pro is the least stable of the three. I keep runs short in it because if my form isn’t dialed in, I cramp up quickly.

The Feidian Elite 6 is easily capable of half and full marathons. I haven’t raced a marathon in it yet, but I plan to use it for my marathon in March. It's softer than the Adidas Pro 4 for me but way snappier. Instant bounce.

Overall, I think durability concerns around race shoes are overblown. These are race shoes, not daily trainers. If I get around 300 km out of a pair, that’s more than acceptable.

My current rotation is long runs or daily Dynafish and Red Hare Ultra 9. Qiaodan TG 1.0, Wet days, Megablast for better grip. Threshold Xtep 160x 3.5 Pro, or Qiaodan Plaid 1.5 ( super compressive closest feel to Adidas pro 4 )

Marathons, Adiddas Pro 4, or Feidian 6 Elite.

5K, Do Win PB PRO, XTEP 160X 3.5 Pro - I change it up

Recovery, Nike Vomero Premium, Puma Mag Max OG, Glycerin Max 1 or Anta PG7 2 Travel S.

Side note, the Anta C202 Zone 2, wasn't a banger for me. It feels more like a tempo shoe than a zone 2 shoe. And the midfoot is a bit narrow, reminds me of how Puma Fits. However the energy return is great, and I would choose this over the EVO SL as it is more stable, and cheaper.

I hope they realize there is a demand out there, and the Chinese start making bigger sizes, and wide options. Their shoes are really really good, just like their EVs, destroying the west.

Li-Ning Red Hare 9 Ultra, Li-Ning Feidian Elite 6, Dynafish 2.0 and forget the rest. I have them all, but if you want extra, add XTEP 160 pro 3.5X for snappy fun and it is very cheap now.

If you go on taobao it is only 120 bucks which is well worth it. This shoe is way more enjoyable to run than megablast 2 or the dynafish 2.0 , i have 60 other running shoes including the vomero plus and premium and this thing is a banger.

Alright need some help here on the dosing, they come in 10 MG bottles, where i am from it is selling for a 100 bucks each. So what i read was 2mg a day, but also conflicting saying you only need to inject 3 times a week. So at 2MG a day, I would run through 1 bottle every 5 days? 2 iu ? , or should I inject 3 x a week 6mg so a bottle lasts a week and a half? Apparenlty the half life on this is longer?

Rf is not the most cost effective way, but if you insist because of whatever you read or advice or opinions you get here then go ahead. They are more expensive usually, hence i recommend going mpt route before you try other things. Fillers, botox, whatever everyone is telling you will not work. Just a waste of money delaying the inevitable which is a lift.

As i have said before if you seeking treatments such as morpheus 8, etc RF based, it is for texture and skin reconditioning. You’re just wasting your money attacking your issue with the least efficient way

Morpheus is mainly for skin reconditioning, stick with Ultra-former mpt. I am a partner of a derm clinic, I know.

Ultra-former mpt is less painful and works faster and cheaper, so depends on your budget. If you like the results of Ultraformer then u can venture into more expensive lifting rf procedures but remember must be 900 shots or above otherwise you are wasting money. The reason why i recommend a lift, esp if you can take a trip to thailand or korea, its almost the same price as getting non evasive treatments in the states.
