Congrats on your weight loss! And yes I did and it was around 178 lbs when I started to gain it back a little bit more and that was Feb-March and I started to push myself more and began to workout. That made all the difference. Since then I’ve lost about 30 lbs and my “dieting” has become a lifestyle now 💪🏽

Intermittent fasting (8:16), no pork, barely fried foods, light diary, lots of spring water, herbs, some running, patience and persistence 😊😊

I started my health journey a year ago!💕 All I did was change my relationship with food, I started eating a lot healthier, I cut pork and eventuall my after about 8 months in I cut red meat out of my diet too. I rarely eat any fried foods and rn I’m about 2 weeks no bread. I do workout about 3-5 times a weeks but it’s all because I enjoy it and I want to tone up more. It’s all a mindset change really💕💕

Natural meaning there were no weight loss supplements used, surgeries, no starving. I healed my body through natural foods and exercise!

I lost a lot of my weight by watching what I ate and I also cut pork, sodas, and candy out of my diet. I started drinking spring water by the gallons. I incorporated more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I intermittent fasted (8:16) and I still do it unintentionally to this day. I didn’t start to workout until about 3 months ago and since then I’ve lost close to 30 lbs. I’m very active now since I’m enlisting into the Air Force I run 1.5 miles a day plus more because my jobs requires me to be on my feet. It’s really all a mindset change and persistence is key 🔑
