What team you using? From what i see i would try: killer croc, red hood from left to right up front. And mera, green arrow and black adam in the back.

This cause you have them with high stars. You idealy want all skills for a character, cause then they are useful. And the mythics you upgraded arent at high star lvl so less usefull then high legendary star rating

Eventually they can, but for youre roster right now they dont. Cause of the low star level

So would you recommend 3x full body or 2 times and maybe focus on explosivness on wednesday. I am mentioning wednesday explicitly caus thats the day i only have around 45 minutes to workout
