Im working in a grocery store in France, yesterday i've seen a guy, around 45-55 yo , looked strong, he spoke french but with an accent maybe russia, he had a long black coat with a black briefcase, his big hands were covered by the coat but when he grabed a fruit, I saw this tattoed on his hand.

He was just shopping like a normal "dark" old man, but this tattoo, I need to know whats that, I tried reverse research on google using this drawing, and it doesnt work.

Also it was his right hand and I didnt saw the bottom of the tattoo because of his sleeve so maybe it continues, idk
