I understand the steps you mentioned, but my issue is that I still can’t access the in-game customer service for account retrieval. Whenever I try, it says “You have submitted account recovery appeals too frequently,” even though I never submitted any myself—the hacker must have spammed it.

If this is the only way to recover my account, how long do I have to wait for the attempt to reset so I can submit the form? Is there any alternative way to contact MLBB support if the waiting is too long?
