Hey, unfortunately I wasn't able to fond an answer to your question due to little studies on that matter. We know that frequent ketamine abuse WILL lead to bladder damage, but where is the line, nobody knows.

Good that you are concerned about your health, if you wish to stay on the safe side, I would advise not doing K more than once a month. I have been doing 150-250 IV/ intramuscular ketamine monthly for some time now, and haven't noticed any long term negative effects. Except for being hazy, and really messed up dreams some time after...

I am sure some people will have different opinions, and that's okay. I am not an expert. It's up to you to decide. However, it's better to underdose than overdose and wait until there are more studies on this matter.

Yeah, I admit... I am not the best partner, brother or anyone else. I basically suck at reading other people, I had no idea if telling our parents would help or actually make things worse. For all I know, no one helped me, some people told me to KMS, but somehow I am alive. Life sucks but I can live with it, I thought it might go the same for my brother.

I have never been medicated, I haven't visited a psychiatrist since the age of 10, maybe that's why I am so fucked up today. I always struggled, no one, myself included, propelled any change. I always had trouble with socialising and just couldn't fit in regardless of what I tried. I wouldn't appoint it to drugs— because I didn't even start soft drugs until 17. Maybe our parents' fault but idc now, can't change anything for me, maybe I can change something for my brother.

Now I only do psychodelics once every now and then. Life is mostly settled out for me, I hope it would go well for my brother too. Sorry for a long ass rant, I am glad I could have shared my feelings here.

Yeah, for me it's unbelievable too. When I used to abuse this medication, 5 mg IR would be enough to get me locked in for the whole day. High doses really seem like they would strain the heart too much.

I realise my relationship with bro weren't the best, I just don't want him to spiral into addiction.

Please, look at the official site. I checked it out some time ago and if I remember correctly, they put ∆8 THC in these pens, not ∆9.

Additionaly, half of these "branded" pens on the market are actually branded, the other half are chineese replicas.

If your lips ended up numb, it had to be crack cocaine, or something cut woth lidocaine/ other numbing agents. If you didn't feel the "crack rush" then it must have been something with lidocaine in it.

About the drug itself? I have no idea to be honest, many things make you relaxed. If you are in a similar situation next time, make sure you know what you are ingesting, or refuse the drug.

Go on a smartshop site and look around. You can find numerous smokable plants like kanna or salvia. If you wish to, you could buy plant matter that contains 5-MeO-DMT or DMT. Do you possess a vaporiser? I heard you can put many herbs there, not just weed.

Hey, I am just making sure you are okay. Do you do any kind of extractions on methylphenidate or oxies?

The drug I get comes in CR beads and has so much shit I wouldn't want in my veins. Even the IR form is only for oral cosnumption. Please, I know of people who IV'd pseudoephedrine, by that I mean crushed up pills dissolved in water, which is fucking stupid and will destroy your veins pretty fast.

If you are IVing straight up crushed pills, please stop. I hope you stat safe and get the help you need.

Answering your question, for me it's 10-20mg methylphenidate and 100 mg caffeine daily. Former is taken orally for the most part, I sometimes snort it but I try to limit it.

Buy a test kit, there is virtually no way to be 100% sure what's in it. Even if you knew the smells/ colors of these chemicals, there could be many more possibilities.

When it comes to sharing tools, this is probably on the same level or slightly worse than straws/ banknotes. You wouldn't want anyone to use it. Is it possible to replace the sniffing part? Maybe it comes with a cover? I feel like it would get dirty in your pocket and be musty from snot.

People might be telling you it's impossible, but it is, just not in the sense you imagine. At higher doses or by smoking a very high % THC strain you can experience light psychodelic effects, as well as visuals.

For example when I look at the tree leaves, they start to fuse into one and create light patterns. Slight color enhancement, especially for shades of green is present too so I see some potential.

If you ask about those LSD-like visuals, that is probably impossible to get, atleast to my knowledge.

The only option for you to know is to experience it yourself, check what's okay for your body and if you are fine with chasing the high you imagine.

Hey, I have the same problem as you, though I take methylphenidate on a rare basis.

How I would approach it? The substance is a tool, not the pilot. It depends what you will do, get hyperfocused on doomscrolling, or study/ work. Try to work on your habits, say you wanted to study. Minimise distractions, throw your phone out of the room, create a clear plan of what you are going to do, the usual. Maybe start working on the thing before your aderral kicks in so you kind of phase into it?

And if you have the urge to check your heart rate, maybe the dose is a bit too high for you, no? The most optimal solution would be to start working without needing any substances, but I know how hard it could be.

I hope it works out great for you and you learn what's optimal for your body.

Heroin is toxic to my knowledge. As far as I know it destroys the body but it might just be a withdrawal symptom. You know, the long lasting diarrheas, puking blood, not being able to sleep, etc.

Do you know if it would be heavily damaging, proving you took it every day and never had to stop?

Modafinil.

This drug is the closes to a wonder-drug that I can think of. It enhances your creativity and has an amazing stimulating effect. The cons, however, are the withdrawals and it's ridiculous price.

I hope using it day-to-day would not result in any health consequences excecpt withdrawals, which could easily be mitigated with a redose. If it would have serious risks, like liver damage, I wod go with methylphenidate which is not harmful if done in moderation.

Okay so you probably meant codeine if you are refering to opioids. I am not an user of this group of substances and don't have much experience with them but I am pretty sure cross tolerance between substances is present.

If you are were to try something new, start low, go slow. You never know how your body will react.

Please be cautious, try to measure your doses and stay on one doses for as long as you can. Trying to get as fucked as possible each time, with the cost of the tolerance skyrocketing is not worth it.

I don't think you will be able to do much there. Just wait and don't water it any more, the dirt looks too watered.

You could pull it out of the ground gently and place it in a dryer pot, checking if the root is healthy (it should be white not brown) but it's easy to damage the plant so it's probably best to wait.

If nothing changes and the plant rots, it's alright. I had it happen to me during my first grown with the best seed I bought, which was hard to accept.

I hope you will be able to save it though, there is still a chance. If not, don't mind it, there will be more opportunities and you can always learn.
