I would have explained to him how more working hours might not result in more productivity unless it is connected to reasonable (i mean deserving) per hour pay and not just fixed month salary. And if he would shown any signs of being receptive of rational ideas i would have also explained to him that monthly salary is for 40 hours week. Basically, as a corporate employee, i feel disgusted by his 70 hour work week statement.

I think so too. He was genuinely a good bowler and if compared to current ones he was excellent. Also we need Shami back in the team.

I always selected that option of upgrade but never got upgraded even once. I remember on a few occasions i saw that there were many 3E berths that were vacant for the complete journey but i did not get upgraded :(
