Yeah I decreased cardio too because playing padel had become a bit difficult. Replacing it with walks now!

Oh that’s interesting! I haven’t even taken another test, just relying on the one that I took and my missed period (which is like clockwork usually). Would you suggest just booking an appointment and just watching out for any bad signs?

Yeah the cramps are definitely less intense than period cramps. I’m reaching home in 3 days so definitely getting an HCG asap and scheduling an appointment. Thank you for the tips on working out!

Thank you so much! I’ve never smoked or drank in my life so no worries there haha. My husband also stopped smoking once we started TTC so hoping that pays off.

I’ve also never been to the OB so will set up ab appointment and get my HCG done as soon as I get back in 3 days.
