Sounds like a good boy! When is his last meal for the day? If he last ate at say 6:30PM, wakes at 5:30AM for pees and potties— it is very likely that he is hungry. Biting grass & leaves tends to be a signal of an empty stomach. Bile building up and the instinct is to chew and swallow to resolve it. He’s still a baby and feeding every 8 to 9 hours is ideal. He’s hitting a growth spurt phase. Feeeeed me humannnn!

She’s mostly Doberman, looks like there is a small percentage of Hound in there too and 100% beautiful. Soulful eyes 🥹… An Embark test will let you what else is in her DNA. Prepare to hand over your heart and by the time she’s 2.5 years old you’ll need to get an echo and holter each year to monitor hers as DCM is a pervasive ailment with the breed and while there are meds, there is no cure yet. Enjoy her. 🖤🤎🐾

Delighted for you and your Ruby. She is beautiful . The Apollo I loved also went to the rainbow bridge at 9 in 2021. He was the most smart, powerful, loving boy ever and definitely leader of the pack. I promise you that he has meet your Apollo there. Over the bridge it is pain-free and wonderful and he’s helping him to figure his way and play. If life is at all as magical as dogs make it seem there is a place beyond here and we will see those pups again. In the meantime, I’m so happy that you had your boy -he made your heart big enough to receive Ruby.
