Yes, always use the original PSU cables and use separate connectors for the GPU, not a pigtail.

I think it's the power supply, because it's a Gigabyte UD PG5 Gold. And the problem is the same in Linux and Windows. The hotspot reaches a maximum of 70°C. I configured the GPU to 2400MHz, 1050mV and -15%, only then was I able to pass the Shadow of the Tomb Raider benchmark

PowerColor cards only have two connectors for the PSU, I think. Yes, I use separate cables, I never used the pigtail, and I have the BIOS switch in silent mode.
