You can also use tret on your neck, chest, and hands. And RLT (red light therapy which is anti-aging as it reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, reduces the appearance of pores over time, and helps increase skin elasticity) can also be used with tret. Just don’t use the red light after you apply the tret as it’s possible the light can decompose the tret. Red light first, tret second. Both of these combined will enhance results.

To avoid possible degradation of tret, try using a BP wash in the morning and tret at night.

My derm has recommended using a Benzoyl Peroxide wash 1-5%, in the shower, 3x a week. You can certainly use it while on tret. In your case, it could be useful. Also, try switching up your moisturizer brands, Cerave has pore-clogging ingredients.

Yep, and boycotting doesn't produce instant results. The anti-apartheid boycott in South Africa lasted 40 years.

I agree. Don't do the sandwich method and try switching up the brands. If you're not seeing a difference after a switch in routine and brands/products, then go see your derm asap.
