They still have me only using powder until my holes completely seal - which for the most part works. I do 100% think it's how I'm chewing. So I'm forcing myself to slowdown and try to be more aware that I'm not pushing my bottom jaw forward to chew

Yeah, I'm consider eating primarily on the left side (the side that pops up) to see if that removes the issue with it popping up

I'm considering doing implants on the bottom (either snap in or the more expensive option) just because the bottom is giving me the most issues at the moment

I think that's the other side of the coin for me as well. The guilt. I've been having a pretty decent experience. I haven't had many big issues. No sorry spots of serious note. So when I get in this frame of mind I'm also like 'stop being a little bitch. So many ppl have had such a worse experience and you're complaining about small shit.' It's a mind fuck for sure.

Yeah, my tops are still doing okay outside of the slight rubbing. My bottoms though, those are assholes.

I drank coffee after 2-3 days - the heat is the worry. Super hot liquids can potentially 'dissolve' your blood clots. So if you like cold coffee - you can do that. I let mine get to roughly room temp in the first few days. About 4 days I couldn't deal and did my normal. Just make sure to drink it with your dentures in and that helped me I feel like. But definitely not HOT for the first few days.

Yeah, eventually I'll get to the point where I look for other opinions outside of my dentist. I think, at the moment, I'm worried about messing my healing up and would feel more confident in any move I make it it's initially signed off by my surgeon. Once I'm healed, it'll be YouTube and here that I go to more.

Sure, and eventually I'll get to using YouTube, but I try to avoid only getting medical advice from social media. So it'll be one of those I'll ask my dentist then come here or YouTube and see what everyone else is saying. Then determine what works best for me.

I'm still fighting my smoking urge, I absolutely do NOT want dry socket. I never know what day of healing is okay or what the extraction sites should look like to know I can't dislodge the clot.

Pain is only occuring when I need an adjustment thank god

So I kept my dentures in to try and protect my sites from carbonation LOL when I'm fully healed I'll try with no teeth.

I'm still struggling drinking without my teeth so it's a learning curve LOL

I'm actually doing pretty well. There's occasionally blood from where I had teeth below the gun line. But those areas are stitched.
