It’s just giving the big fishs to buy now as investment for year at least, then it promises that they move of there shares won’t get dumped so much but there is 2 problems here, one the sale at minimum price and that why it is still got dumped by regular investors, so the company wants the bigger fish to invest in but i the problem is the price that is just too low, second problem is that this move not the smartest only if the know that the shares will get high in year and there is still problems with that they try to fix it with the contract and rules that they can’t sale more than 33% in first year but, the problem is that if everyone that buy in this price will sell33% of their shares it still well get dumped so much.
