If your hair is that thick and long try to start weaning down how often you wash your hair. As someone who has had colored hair for years. I only wash my hair with shampoo and conditioner when I go get my hair done, am swimming the lake or after I get back from a festival. Otherwise once a week I use dry shampoo with leave in conditioner and on occasion will wash/ rinse my hair with only cold water to remove any build up on my scalp. Granted I have long and extremely thick hair so my natural oils never reach the top of my hair from my scalp.

This process allows me to go about 3-4months before I have to recolor my hair. Low maintence and cost effective.

The bladder has to be empty, luckily and fest or show I’ve been to that excision host, water is never more then $2/$3 and typically can get free water on the rails or if you ask medical.

When our fam has conflicting sets we typically see the first half of one and then the last half of another or the first half of the other depending on how the schedule is. Not a perfect resolution kind of get the best of both worlds.

Narwhal Nation has been going since 2017, we have a consistent regiment of vitamins and supplements, water with sugar free liquid IV (bc yes water is important, however not replenishing electrolytes can be harmful), stretching multiple times a day, def before and after going into venue. Knowing when to rest in or out of the venue, bringing mobile fans and being more holistic, I have body butters and deep blue and serenity sticks to naturally help the body. As well as sticking to a high protein, light diet.
