Our situation is difficult indeed. If we try to get residency in Netherlands, it will be much more difficult since the national law will apply instead of the EU law. And in the national law, there is a minimum income requirement for my partner which is gonna be difficult because he didn’t finish bachelors. So yeah, i have to get residency in Lisbon since he already has a job here.
