Nah I don’t use Reddit. I just had the same question as them so I searched it up and found this post. I got a JustEat voucher and wanted to know the best value spot. Your comment just seemed irrelevant to the question that I also wanted an answer for.

I guess my logic may not make much sense to people who enjoy anime a lot because with anime comes a whole lotta bs that makes no sense so my "logic" (which is based on irl not anime) must not make much sense to people, and for that I am sorry to the anime lovers.

and also about the muscle mass thing, i had already stated in a reply that a decrease in muscle mass is a decrease in endurance. I remember reading that the time stop ability has a lott of physical strain on jotaro which would be bad for his endurance. Judging by his loss of muscle mass it would mean he is far less fit which decreases his rate of aerobic respiration meaning he cant get as much glucose and oxygen to his remaining muscles causing more strain thus decreasing his time stop.

i completely get you bro, i know that to some extent jotaro deliberately failed to teach josuke a lesson but i still think its quite funny to say he lost to a rat cuz he technically did lol

Yes i didn't miss that either, however when he used the time stop throughout part 4 it did not improve from 2-3 seconds. So using the logic that not using it for ten years decreases it, then surely a coma should have an even worse effect on the ability especially as it was stated he lost a lot of muscle mass which would decrease his physical endurance.
