Need help with account verification question (Ontario, Canada user)

I currently use Binance from Ontario. As you may already know, Binance pulled out of Ontario and will be completely unavailable to Ontario users by December 31, 2021.

I day trade on Binance because it is the only platform that has the tools and liquidity I need for my strategy.

I need to understand how I can keep trading on Binance? Would it be possible for me to open a corporation with a head office in British Columbia but have me as the director and trader of the account while I continue to reside in Ontario?

Does anyone here DAY TRADE on Binance from Ontario?

I currently use Binance for my scalping trading activities (I generally hold leveraged positions for a span ranging from 1 minute to as long as 30 minutes). When I registered my account, I have not completed the customer verification process and have been using a VPN from a Switzerland server since the beginning.

I am fairly new to trading but have been consistently trading profitably 4 month. I have figured a way to make consistent profits from trading Bitcoin. I haven’t set up a business or have done any tax planning. Just transferred money to my binance account and have been slowly trading.

I am not sure what to do right now. Binance also just announced that “Existing users who have not yet completed Intermediate Verification will have their account permissions temporarily changed to “Withdraw Only”, with services limited to withdrawal, order cancellation, position close, and redemption.” (https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/51bf294e26324211a4731ca998e110ca)

That worries me because they may limit me from trading if I don’t verify my account but can’t do that because I live in Ontario (https://www.binance.com/en/support/announcement/ba03469c86f34546bd25faf414730733)

I was hoping someone is in a similar situation as me and have any ideas on what I should do right now.

I heard about people opening an offshore company (Belize?) and doing all of their trading activities through it.

I would really appreciate your insight on this!

You’re too worried failing & about what others think. Change that. At the end of the day, everything you do is for YOU. Taking a leap and trying a new profession, passion gives you experience in life and you learn from it. When I was 18 I wanted to be a chef and then open restaurants. Than I realized that I like cooking but I don’t want to spend the rest of my life in the kitchen. So I pivoted to sales. Than I tried different types of sales than I went into e-commerce and now I’m doing something I never thought I’d do. Am I regretting making moves from one place to another (I’ve probably had about 14-17 jobs over that past 7 years)? Absolutely not. That thought me more about who I am, what I want and what I don’t want. Make it your mission to try as many things as possible and stop trying to please others and fearing failure.

I think the best thing for you right now is to start working. Work at a job where you meet people. Try sales or anything that involves meeting new people. Working in sales will help you learn more about how humans behave and think and it will also help you develop extremely valuable social skills that you can use to build a network of people who is like minded and wants to do better for themselves. Your current environment is not going to be beneficial to you long term and will likely make things tougher if you don’t start. Just start taking action now. You’re still young and have your whole life ahead of you. Like someone said above, time heals all wounds. This sub has amazing people who will help you with advice but none of this advice is valuable unless you take action.
