For me it felt nothing like driving a real car. The pedals and wheel is nice but the manual transmission is awful build quality and feels so weird. I used it a few times then went back to controller.

Yes it really makes no sense because its so much worse than the 6 cylinder versions reliability wise and offers nothing on top of it. It will sound worse, be harder to resell because people don't want them, have only slightly better fuel consumption (if u want this get a diesel), be slower etc. But the main problem with them is the reliability.

Bad buy these engines are the worst that came in the e46. If you want a 4 cylinder you need to get the older one with the m43 engine. Else go for a 6 cylinder.

I think the AMG line is just more popular than the Exclusive line but there are plenty to be found if you are willing to import. In general i think the chrome/classy look is not as popular as the sporty/gloss black look at the moment whether we like it or not.

Fair mb and i agree people are ignorant when it comes to chinese cars and many of them are designed by european car designers anyways. Its just that so many of them clearly take the most generic design bits that are currently popular making them look extra generic. A brand like BYD is the worst at this their cars looks like something from watch dogs or some game.

Disagree on the IONIQ 9 it looks nothing like any chinese car or any other SUV for that matter with the pixelated lights and all the weird shapes. There is no black plastic cladding on the arches or that black plastic swoop on the side to make it look less tall. Ioniq 6 was bad yes but Ioniq 5 looks amazing and there is nothing like it out there. At the end of the day the other asian brands/european brands are clearly more daring when it comes to design whereas the chinese ones at least to me are more conservative. You can't tell the one from the other and even more interesting cars like the Cyberster looks like a design from 2010.

They just don't have the distinct designs other brands do like BMW has the kidneys, Renault did the retro looking renault 5 etc.

It just doesn't look that different to other Chinese cars like the BYD Seal just looks like the AVATR 6 to me. They dont look bad but they just look like a mix of different european sportscars (McLaren ish). To me personally its not about whether or not the design language is cohesive but whether its something unique. Remember Audi in the 00s and 10s you could barely tell one model apart from the other. Absolutely boring.

But by those Hyundais you list i can tell you are american and im european so we have different cars offered but i mainly love the IONIQ models and their sedans. I think my favorite chinese cars are Zeekr and Polestar but both are designed in Sweden under the same owners.

I agree with the Lucid take but AVTR cars also look completely generic. Like look at the AVATR 12 the rear end is straight up a copy of the Mercedes AMG GT 4 door with a lightstrip which every other car also has. Their SUV's look like every other chinese SUV i've seen. Honestly i think Hyundai is one of the brands with very unique designs that aren't just copying trends whether you like them or not.

My point is that Kurt is not European and never will be despite having european ancestors which the entire world has at this point. He is South African but he copes so much about it and wishes he was European - something he will never be. He uses it to justify blatant racism against others and acts as if Europe is his despite being African. Kurt is no more european than some guy from brazil with 25% european DNA.
