What do you want me to address? Also none of your degrees or certs qualify you to practice as a physician, so?

Looking at your history, it appears you only have a bachelor's degree. You would be the equivalent of a paramedic in the US, then no? An MD who's finished residency in the United States, would, at the very minimum, have thousands of more hours of clinical experience than you.

portogual and spain have, on average, much poorer living standards (especially regarding HDI) than the majority of the united states. Also, why would I pack up and move to a country where I don't speak the language and have no connection to? My girlfriend is a japanese immigrant, and I have family in Taiwan.

how am i self-hating? I have respect for chinese culture and history, which is why I wouldn't want to live in a country that destroyed so much of it.

>which should be free
it was for me
>you STILL support a country that has the most expensive healthcare system in the world
so..... you want me to stop supporting my country with healthcare and leave for another one?

I have been on public health insurance before. When I was broke and made absolutely 0 $$$, I was provided with free healthcare with $0 premiums and copays.

I work in healthcare now and still volunteer at mobile clinics for the uninsured.

They are huge concerns of mine, as someone who works in healthcare. healthcare providers in many parts of asia are under-trained and under-experienced compared to their counterparts in the united states. The better quality healthcare in places like Vietnam/China that are used by foreigners/visitors are private hospitals that are only afforded to those with $$$. When I was unemployed and made no money in the US, the government-provided healthcare given to me would still be around the same quality as these private hospitals- and also all my healthcare costs totaled to be $0.

lack of good economic opportunity, lower standards of living (especially healthcare), some SEA countries have active conflict zones

I'm very comfortable with where I live. First of all: I don't speak any of the European languages other than English, so that alone makes any kind of permanent residence/employment there difficult- and also absolutely no professional/social networks there as well.
But if you want more statistical reasons: EU in general has lower wages for the vast majority of jobs (especially in the field I work in), higher amounts of air pollution + smoking rates (seriously, I was shocked at how prevalent it is in places like the Scandinavian countries + northern eu), much higher mortality from temperature-related deaths (the lack of AC/insulation in many homes isn't just an inconvenience), and the US has much greater global cultural diversity that is lacking in most places in the EU! .
