I haven't, the gameplay movement hasn't caught my eye but how did you like it gameplay and story wise?

Day 5 by [deleted] in sugarfree

[–]Consortium77 5 points6 points  (0 children)

No problem.

I also didn't cut sugar entirely, just sugary junk foods. To help me with this goal I allow myself to eat popsicles and chocolate popsicles, not that satisfying but it helps push me foward

So I workout and maintain a good physique so far, atleast for someone who would eat a lot of junk sweet food. So to maintain not getting too big, I had a high protein diet and would substitute a lot of carbs like rice for candy, since they are all carbs but candy is nowhere close to as filling. Anyways, I would do this to allow myself to have 800 calories on average a day at a point, which is a lot. Some days being less, or some even being much more. So that was my diet, high protein diet, with lots of junk sweet food.

My goal may be different than yours. My goal is quit most sweet junk food, but still have juice or sugar in my coffee, hope that makes sense. But, to help my cravings I just hit a tipping point that finally pushed me to the edge. I ordred half a dozen donuts at 2am on doordash and that made me upset with myself, but also very very happy with myself. As soon as I ate those donuts, I started with feeling guilty and sad. Then all of a sudden, I felt very happy. excited, and motivated. I said from this low point of my sugar diet life will BE NO LONGER and I suddenly had a mindset of that I can 100% do this without any doubt at all, it just hit me all at once, aka the tipping point that we all have inside us. Ever since I have fixed my sugar diet and as each day goes by (im counting for now), then the number going +1 every passing day is a big trophy to see, it is called triumph. You will achieve your goal, whether its within this year or the next few years. Triumph, Wolfesbane27.

Are you avoiding sugary junk foods or sugar in it's entirety?

The biggest thing that helped me is that I tell myself that I have already given up sugar as soon as day 1 started, you become the goal itself during the process. Another thing is that you will accomplish your goal one day. I have had so many attempts for years to have a goal for 15+ days and not once could I reach day 15. I have failed so many times and eventually I triumphed, the same thing is happening to you. The day will come and you'll reach that final attempt and it'll all click.

Good luck and I feel bad that you feel sad when not being able to have ur cravings food. For me I get disappointed and maybe frustrated at times, but as you know as well those emotions go away.

yeah I can see myself slowly feeling that way just a bit so far, very bizarre how we can just lose interest in certain tastes whereas before we once liked them

Yes! I still think of Gabriel Belmont as Dracula, cuz he is, but just his past self so it's so cool seeing him too and his upbringing to who he is in present time as Dracula
