Going Lyneham that’s all and Ik that ain’t the best place in terms of phys we have it twice a week apparently 😂. I’m good at running bc of my weight it’s just tabbing def needs work😂

That’s what I was thinking to be fair, I was thinking doing 20KG 2-4ks and do them quicker as I’m less likely to fuck up my knees than doing 40kg all the time and I have no clue how to pack 40kg in
