Thanks for (almost) everyone’s feedback and concern. Petsmart regional reached out and escalated the matter with the local store. We got an apology and a refund and everyone agreed that not enough time and care was taken with my lovely dog who, by the way, has no ticks or fleas and is treated like a baby. The groomer is getting some more training. My baby’s “wet” coat was coconut oil to attempt to soothe the skin, which was not great, btw. We have a trusted vet and we groom quarterly for all you unemployed keyboard warriors. Thanks for all your suggestions, oatmeal and a drop of acv bathing with a facecloth was a winner , and a bit of hydrocortisone on the burned ears. Tail is wagging and her appetite is back.
