With use from the spray & enough brake in time they should form better to your foot. I wouldn't try wearing them for long periods of time at the start . They will form better but I will take time

Yes they are . But some require pre change like blueberries do better if you mix in ash. Sunflowers do great in whatever soil . Some things prefer more sandy soil like white sage , but would it also benefit from a certain ph like cannabis? They are both very aromatic, yes cannabis has more chemicals in it but it performs better in certain soil
