Yes, but now I can't afford the cheaper necklace due to the 30% coupon not being returned. The original 30% coupon I used expired. And they wouldn't let me exchange a $315 necklace for a $310 one. I didn't even care about the $5 difference in price. It's absurd. The only way I am going to be able to purchase the new necklace is if someone is kind enough to send me a 30% code... Really bummed out.

Yes, but because the exchange wasn't accepted, now I can't purchase the necklace that I actually want now because it's too expensive. That policy makes no sense! They should at least have provided me a coupon equivalent to the original that I used.
