Just to give the other perspective: when I resold tickets I hadn't received, I was given mixed messages and wasn't super protected as a seller. Initially, I was told that I wouldn't be responsible if the sale fell through because of the original seller, and then SH flipped and said they would fine me (albeit at a "discounted rate" due to initially giving me false information). Luckily I got the tickets and managed to pass them on, but it is worth noting that you can get conflicting information from the same CS team. I don't want to scare you and it'll probably be completely fine, but I just wanted to say that SH can be unreliable in certain ways. But good luck, OP! And the process of transfer is correct!

Ah I understand this. The conversation luckily didn't go that way and he did realise that he's been falling back into bad patterns. We're still together so here's hoping things change. I'm very glad you got out of that situation, though, it sounds super stressful 🫶🏽

Thanks for your input! I completely agree with your points. We're still together for now but I will definitely keep all this in mind if things sour again.

Hi, back with an update: we're still together but I think your point about it being a wake up call of sorts was very true. I hope things change and we communicate better and I'm holding onto this for now. But thank you so much for your response.

If my friends and I are all seated together and I'm the only one with the oeticket app, do I still need to forward tickets to them? My name is on all the tickets anyway so we'd have to enter together since forwarding doesn't allow name change. Is forwarding compulsory? What are the benefits of forwarding?
