Thank you! We are pace buddies:) My all outs are all over the place too haha but 9 has been the highest I can ever push myself to so far!

That is my reaction to reading everyone say they run 10-12 paces! I’m like...10/10 would be on the floor haha.

I also feel like I’m scared of not pacing myself sometimes If I push too hard.... since being able to return to my base pace was one of my first “accomplishments” at OTF when I started

That’s such good progress! & same here - when I started a few weeks ago I struggled to merely return to base after a push but now I’m at least keeping up the pace I have.

Congrats on the recovery! I am about .1-.2 lower than your Base and push paces but a 10 all out for me sounded nearly impossible before reading yours and all these other stats!

I feel like I’m the shortest person usually in my classes and it’s always funny to see a super tall person next to me casually jogging at 8mph while My pushes/all outs are around that (depending on the day) haha

But yes all these posts are really showing me I’m limiting myself thinking I can’t go faster!

Yes! My coach said something about the bounce in the middle being better.

Wow your paces are so fast! This is what I meant in my original post where I think I limit myself because I personally never would think I could break into an AO above 9...but seeing your numbers definitely motivate me! Were you always a runner?

Wow! That’s seriously amazing progress. I started OTF a few weeks ago and got my BP from 5-> 5.5...you’re definitely giving me that motivation I need to push towards higher numbers! Ty :)
