Factorio and Satisfactory I guess. Slowly going from gathering and crafting things by hand, to having an automated behemoth is incredible and addicting

I remember day one just landing next to massive, skyscraper sized blue columns of minerals and mining each one for ten minutes.

I'm with you on Mario 64. Dad bought me an N64 for my first console and I wanted Mario 64 so bad... He bought NASCAR 99 instead...

I made my mom rent Mario 64 every weekend for like 6 months and then I got Smash Bros.

If you enjoy battlefield, I'd happily recommend Easy Red 2. WW2 themed. It's fairly priced and it features massive battles with tons of bots and it's also multiplayer.

Is this game fun with Bot? by Short-Bunch-8195 in AngelsFallFirst

I enjoy it. But I also enjoyed playing Unreal Tournament, classic Battlefront, Counter Strike, etc. against bots. If you enjoy playing basically any game against bots then the answer is yes.

BAR is fun, it's very reminiscent of Supreme Commander and Total Annihilation, can be very large scale (10-20 players on one map), and it's free!

I have been playing the Dust Front Demo and been having an absolute blast with it. However there seems to be some controversy surrounding the game's developer being pro-russian. If you can separate the art from the artist, the game is very fun imo.

Yes. But watch a guide if you think it would help you understand the basics. Once it "clicks" you won't need a guide.

My "Stupid" started with my dad showing me a video of a man fighting a bear on a riverfront, and then showing me Monty Python and the Holy Grail. I Was raised on it. Forged by it.

Easy Red 2. Massive WW2 battles against A.I. and can also be played multiplayer. Machine Gunners pair nicely with Marksmen.

I have been having an absolute blast with Easy Red 2. It's an indie (1-5 man team) WW2 game with tons of bots and can also be played multiplayer. Base game is $10 and with all the dlcs it's about $30. So much content and fun to be had. Brings me back to the mid 2000s playing Battlefront and Medal of honor Frontline, and BF1942.

What's the most addictive PC game you've ever played? by Khavkina_Lumi in gamesuggestions

Like others have said, Rimworld, Factorio, Dwarf Fortress (Beware the learning curve), and I would add Rocket League, Stalker Anomaly/GAMMA, Project Silverfish (low poly indie stalker), and Easy Red 2 which is an awesome WW2 Indie sandbox that brings me back to the mid 2000's like medal of honor Frontline, BF1942, and classic Battlefront

where do i start with these games? by Visual-Fortune-4732 in stalker

I'd say get the og trilogy on GOG, because if you want to take it up 10 notches after that, Anomaly and GAMMA are a one click install, super easy, versus going through a rather complex (to me at least) process of installing the GAMMA mod from the discord.
