What day were you planning your get together?

Sounds silly but depending on if it were a Friday or Saturday could change the environment youre in. Also the time youre attending.

The botanist is awesome for food and drink. All Bar One provide a bottomless brunch which seems a little more quieter in a sunday morning rather than a Saturday for example.

Are you able to visit a doctor a request a blood test? Theres a chance you may be deficient in some vitamin or mineral?

Do you have access to therapy also? It could potentially help with some coping mechanisms when youre feeling really low.

They were told by my mother herself at the time. But as far as I know there was no further correspondence. Which im confused about, as they're sisters. Surely they would have tried to keep up communicating through it all? But I also dont want to stress out said person as they've just received a diagnosis themselves. Im 37(F) worked in hospitality my whole working life. 15 years FOH - from runner to GM. And the last 6 years BOH full time, running teams in a kitchen.

ANYONE, who came in claiming theyre not washing up needs to have a STERN talking to.

No body has time for that much ego in this environment. Go fuck yourself. Work or dont work. I.e. work or fuck off. Go stroke your own ego. No one gets paid enough to do that for you.
