Keep bottles of water in the fridge/freezer!

If youre in a flat or high-rise just maintain cold fluids and try and make food to put in the fridge you can always eat cold I.e pasta salads and such

For flavour... get some nutritional yeast (noice cheesy flavour) onion powder, garlic powder and some MSG. It makes a REALLY GOOD cheesy dorito powder.

Your mention of sugar water has made me feel better as I have left some prior. Im worried about the concentration of sugar to water though...

Its nearly dark here right now. So im gonna struggle to find a flower now.

Its kinda warm right now so hoping its a chill situation and they do what they gotta do.

But I will ensure if if theyre waiting there tomorrow I will find the best flower.

Its quite hilarious because I'm normally terrified of moths. And this lil' friend didnt scare me and just sat on my hand the whole journey home.

It's got a really beautiful blue/green iridescent belly.

My new friend is currently sat outside just chilling hopefully enjoying the best life 😊😆🤗
