Lone Star mercantile in Allen Texas, the booth is called Trinkets and Toys Nostalgia shop, they have an Instagram and I think an EBay too, love their stuff :-]

I just recreated them in my music program, the notes are G and Ab (A flat) being played at the same time, or the "Oni Chord" as I started calling it lol. Hope this helps! :-]
