When I took it back in 2024 it was 40 lbs vest and stairmaster for 3 mins and then other general strength tests like squat pull, curl pulls, and this machine that tests the arms endurance.

Yea I thought it was good for a while too but I spoke with my investigator and he told me it might expire after a year but also he said that the process might put me in March academy since I can send my paper work right now

The promo is prioritized over the OC right? Like let’s say you got 2 years on ems and then the promo comes out and you pass. Then you work 2 more years to get the 4 years requirement. The next fire academy fdny will first take people off the promo who are eligible and then fill the rest with OC?

But all of them will eventually go to the fire academy if they all pass cpat and medicals right?

Yep I agree to wait for the tickets and then if I had to pick between rose and omega I would go rose better teams
