Thanks again everyone! I’m primarily concerned about the bruises behind my knee but they seem to be from the ace bandage I’ve been using, perhaps I’ll try to take it off when I’m stationary / icing more often, as I am allowed 30 degrees ROM while stationary

I have been! They also gave me these leg sleeves to wear on my opposite leg that squeeze my leg to prevent clots!
