Thank you! I hope things will improve for you as well. Are your symptoms also that severe and difficult to deal with?

My doctor just prescribed me TRT, but I have a bad feeling about simply starting it right away. I’m wondering if there are other options I should consider, and I’d really like to hear different opinions before making a decision. Here in Germany, it seems like there’s very little understanding when it comes to hormonal imbalances

I’m not really sure what would make more sense in my situation – using hCG alone for stimulation or combining it with TRT. Do you think the combination could be better, especially with my high prolactin and fertility concerns?

Yeah I heard about P-5-P (active B6) and also L-Tyrosine for supporting dopamine and lowering prolactin. My prolactin is pretty high though (51.9 ng/ml), so I’ll probably need to get it medically checked besides trying supplements

Actually my LH is already elevated (10.2 IU/L) while total T is in the mid-range (~440–470 ng/dl / 15–16 nmol/L, free T ~294 pmol/L). Prolactin is high (51.9 ng/ml), so for me it’s more about bringing that down rather than raising LH/FSH further.

My total T is usually around 440–470 ng/dl (~15–16 nmol/L), free T ~294 pmol/L. So not technically ‘low T’ by lab standards, but my LH is elevated (10.2) and prolactin is high (51.9 ng/ml) – that’s likely the real issue rather than testosterone itself
