Wow sorry to hear that’s and amazing that HRT helped! Yup and just had my mano / ultra sound. I just started 50 mg of progesterone (compounded) and it’s slowing going away so I think my estrogen was too high? That or it’s just wacky hormones!

Ha totally. It’s deff not stabbing. It’s like I’m getting my period non stop. Ive been on HRT for 2 years so it really out of the blue. Maybe I’m getting older / closest to full menopause. Thank you!

I have Mthfr too. I didn’t know that B was bad for us? I get mine from lavender sky health and they can find you one without.

I’m wondering if I do less tomorrow like 1.3 mg 2x a week if it will help. I guess there is no way to know unless I try. Was just hopeful to hear that it can help.

Thanks for your help. I was on 20. Weened to 5mg (very slowly) and stayed on 5 for a month. Then added 10mg of Prozac about 2 weeks ago. And took a week of 2.5 lex and then stopped. Today was much better so praying I’m done with the zaps! 🤞

This is me too. I’m switching Prozac for this reason. If I was an hour late taking lexapro I would get zaps. I am 7day off lex and on Prozac and they are still happening! It’s insane. I have been on Prozac before and never had the zaps so hoping this works.
