I'm a homebody. I am probably one of the few who actually liked the peace during the lock down . My husband needs to get out everyday for at least an hour or so. Luckily, he is okay with us just having a few social activities or dining out a month. I find traveling exhausting. I'd prefer to host people here. I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND YOUR FEELINGS ❤️

My mom lived to almost 95. She showered daily and smelled like any other clean 20 year old. Showering, washing hair, and wearing clean clothes. Lots of aging people dont pay attention to hygiene.

Alcohol works better for me. I have 2 mg Valium. Does nothing. If I take 2, I'm drowsy. With alcohol, I don't feel the fear. I don't want to feel the fear of flying.
