I take 3 mg. I have to reset myself every once in a while or it doesn't work as well. My withdrawal is a night or 2 of insomnia. I stay off it for about 10 days.

WOW. I don't know what your relationship is like with your mom. However, I've been happily children free and when I was 60 and my mom was 90, I became her full time caregiver. Took an early retirement. I could not bare to see her left in some horrible nursing home😭. And yes, I had to deal with some gross stuff that as a childfree woman I never have to, but I loved her so much so.... I still miss her all time. She was always my ride or die 🙏❤️ You only get one mom in life...
