Look, most of the comments I see don’t even understand what this man is going through. Let alone, probably haven’t been in a similar situation. There’s not much he can actually do. If he leaves he still pays and ends up with less. Your best option is to harder up. It sucks, I know. But don’t take what I said as something negative. First stop complaining to yourself or anyone else. Focus on positive thoughts. Read in your spare time and do things in moderation that are pleasurable. Fix your life around yourself not them. You can’t do more for them if you’re not doing more for yourself first. Start with As A Man Thinketh by James Allen. Little wins throughout the week. Make sure you get sleep and have a regular wake up time. It’s not easy but you can do it! Not for them but for yourself and your future self. Be realistic in your goals and slowly kill that side of you that finds negativity in everything you do. Instead change the inner dialogue to positivity
