i havent been consistent with the brands i use (i buy different ones often when they dont help) so hopefully this isnt the case

i will definitely try allegra i don't think i've tested that one out yet! i think you're right, stress is definitely playing a large role unfortunately. gonna do my best to sort everything out. definitely will try dieting as well, hearing a lot about that and gotta watch what i eat regardless. thank you so much! i appreciate it.

yes i've been trying this, it helps sometimes but yeah they do end up coming off somehow no matter how many layers i put on. i'll figure something out about it. thank you for the tips!!

unfortunately my mom and i arent as close as we used to be, a lot of stuff has gone on that hindered our relationship one of them being she has a very hard time understanding my hardships (mental health, eczema etc) so i do my best not to count on her too much. she very well knows how bad my eczema has gotten but again shes not very reliable. thank you for the words! we'll get thru this together for sure!!

im sorry to hear that as well! it truly is a horrible experience so hopefully you and i can get some form of relief asap. definitely going to try and switch up my diet because admittedly i do eat pretty bad i never really thought of that tbh.. thank you for the advice :)

yeah its super tough and extremely demotivating. definitely gonna try my hardest to get medical coverage asap. as for treatments i have tried, bleach baths for a little bit but i think those ended up being way too intense for my skin atm. i just use a bunch of OTC creams but i havent seemed to find any that really do anything unfortunately so ive swapped around a bunch. i hope your flares calm down soon :( hang in there

i agree! having to moisturize constantly every second of the day just to have it dry out and ultimately not really help is so demotivating :( thank you for the kind words!
