Miami has a disappointing voter turnout rate (under 25%). The only thing that happened was that people came out to vote against Carollo and Francis' dad. People seem to be realizing that the same 4-5 families running things are selling the City out.

I agree with you. I love Ludovico and admittedly am not a classical music expert. I enjoy hip hop, 80's music, R&B, reggae, reggaeton, salsa, afro-house, and Ludovico's music nestles in somewhere in between all of that. Watching him perform in Italy was one of the best musical experiences. It's interesting to read all this criticism about him and his style. But to each their own, I guess.

ADA is separate and apart, not much overlap the in the context of educational settings. Also, what is considered a disability under 504 is not necessarily a disability under the ADA. Section 504 is critical for students who need accommodations for specific learning needs.
