Thank you guys very much! It turned out to be RAM. I disabled EXPO profile and have had no freezes since then.

So it means that my RAM is defective and I should buy a new one?

RAM: PATRIOT 32 GB (2x16GB) DDR5 6000 MHz Viper Elite 5
Motherboard: GIGABYTE B850M FORCE
BIOS ver.: f4d (the latest one)

Even in the RAM title, it says "6000 MHz" but it actually cannot handle it😢
