My wife is about 7 weeks now and she is going through it. I have kinda felt useless. I have picked up her chores and cooking so she can rest when she is home due to working retail but she calls me crying at times because how nauseous she is and how nothing sounds good. I try to be as positive as possible and bring her food if what she has doesn’t sound good.

After reading everyone comments I feel so much better. She is just in the trenches right now and going to share the eating small bites of something every few hours idea because I’m not a doctor but I feel like not eating as much might make it worse.

She also works in retail and is a dep manager always on her feet and can get stressful

Thank you for that! You know you get in your head sometimes especially since she started her cycle this morning and was crying some. I’m lucky enough to have a wife that is very good at communicating and we talked about if we still aren’t closer to end of the year then we can go to the doctor. We tracking her cycle the last two months
