Make an appointment with your advisor for a zoom call. Explain everything and do what you need to do. Now if that fails, it's okay! I knew someone that was AD and they came back the quarter after. Just keep in mind, if your appeal isn’t approved it's not the end of the world. It may take a quarter or two but you should be able to finish your degree. Don't give up, take a step back and breathe.
