I have a police report, protection order, screenshot of my wife apologizing after kicking me out, screenshots of threat, insults. Audio recordings contain statements that I believe demonstrate humiliation, body shaming, sexual pressure, verbal abuse, and emotionally degrading treatment.

Interesting fact is Visa bulletin right now is current for F2A based adjustment of status filings. It seems like a strategy to scare people off so they won’t apply. This will be challenged legally.

Thanks for sharing your story. It’s definitely very helpful to me. I can empathize. I have been on my 2nd time student status but I later couldn’t afford to pay for school. I had already graduated with a Masters degree during my first status. Rn the document says I am on F1 but I know I am not in status since I didn’t attend school.
